Some hot and cold plumbing went in today

We Have Roof Tiles!

Monday 17th November

Roof tiles went on today. We are loving the colour we chose. Its a dark grey/charcoal, looks a bit brown in the pictures..It's really hard to get good photos of the roof!

Roof Tiling Started

Friday 14th November 

Work started today on the roof tiling 

Fascias & Gutters

Wednesday 12th November

Drive by this morning and noticed the Fascias & Gutters have been completed.

Drive by this afternoon and the roof tiles have been delivered

School drop off & pickup has never been so exciting!

Roof Trusses Finished

Monday 10th November

They builder completed the roof trusses today and put in the remaining downstairs windows and sliding doors.

The upstairs windows are in the master bedroom ready for installation - hopefully tomorrow!!

Site had a clean including Adam cutting down some of the unwanted shrubs and trees!

 

 

Roof Trusses Started

Saturday 8th November


We didn't have to wait until next week for the roof to start! On Saturday they started and  finished the front section. It is taking shape fast!

Upstairs Frame and Some Windows

Thursday 6th November

On Thursday, more of the upstairs frame went up, and some windows and doors/door frames were installed. It's looking really good, we can get a real sense of the space now. The roof trusses were also delivered, and scaffolding is going up today (Friday 7th)  so it looks like work will start on the roof next week.
