Bricks Day 11 + Window Installation and Scaffold Delivery

Tuesday 9th December

Brickwork continued around the rear of the house including the alfresco column.  All of the door and window brick sills were also installed.

 

 
We noticed that the last of the big window panes near the dining table had been installed.

 Later in the afternoon a load of scaffolding was delivered.

Bricks Day 10 - Gararge and Wall Insulation

Monday 8th December

Brinks continued around the front of the house mainly the side garage wall.

 
Inside the house the wall insulation has been installed.

Bulkhead

Saturday 6th December

Carpenters installed the framework for the bulkhead in the kitchen today

Bricks Day 8 & 9 + Electrical Rough In and Plaster Delivery

Thursday 4th December

Bricks continued around the front of the house

 

Friday 5th December

They started bricking the garage.

Electrical was roughed in including the TV antenna. 

 

Plaster was also delivered.

Bricks Day 7 + Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Batts Delivery

Wednesday 3rd December

Busy day at site - bricks continued down the back and side of the house, electrical and plumbing rough in and the insulation batts were delivered. 

Bricks Day 6 + Air Conditioning and Ducted Vacuum Rough in

Tuesday 2nd December

Bricks continued down the back of the house.

The indoor A/C unit and the ductwork and interconnecting pipe work has been installed

The ducted vaccuuming pipework has been installed into roof and walls

Bricks Day 5

Monday 1st December

Brickwork has continued in the garage, and on the side to about 2/3 of the way up.
