Waterproofing and Electrical

Monday 9th February

Today all the waterproofing got done, and the electricians started pulling through and fitting off downstairs. 

No going out on the balconies today..

Kitchen Splashback and Floor Tiling

Thursday 5th February

We were very excited to see our splashback tiles done today! Still needs to be grouted but we are loving the way it looks. 

The downstairs floor tiling was also started today. 

Bench Tops

Tuesday 3rd February

Dropped by at lunch time today to find that all of the stone bench tops have been installed. 

 
They had also completed a site clean and connected the the new down pipes to the storm water.  Looking better and more complete each day!

Laundry Chute and Downpipes

Monday 2nd February 

Today the downpipes got installed and the laundry chute was completed.

Gararge Roof Complete

Saturday 1th January

There was a crew at the block on Saturday morning, completing the garage roof and prepping the floor for tiling on the front balcony.

Tiling Started

Thursday 29th January

We finally met our Site Supervisor today Chris.  Had a good meeting and feel like we are in good hands.  The tilers made a start today and finished the upstairs powder room and part of the bathroom. 

Scaffolding, Tile Delivery and Cupboard Fittings

Wednesday 28th January 

Today scaffolding was put up so the garage roof can be finished. 

All the insides of the cupboards, walk in robes and pantry were fitted out today with shelves and rails.

We also got a big delivery of tiles, which includes outside, inside and feature tiles
