Grass

Friday 18th September

After months of dirt, dust and mud we finally got around to installing grass.

We hand spread 6m3 of top soil and laid 200m2 of Santa Ana Couch Grass.

It was a family effort!

Pool Fence

Thursday 10th September

We had to get a section of the deck completed before we could get the pool fence installed.

Perfect Pool Fencing installed glass around the pool visible from the house and aluminum down the side.

As there was a retailing wall they also had to face mount a piece of glass.

The Deck

Monday 27th July

With the help of David Barber again we started the next mission.....  the DECK!

We chose to use Australian Blackbutt Decking

Dave helped us for a few weeks and got the base structure in and a portion decked.  We've been slowly decking ever since!

Stage 1 - Alfresco & Pool Area
Stage 2 - Front side of house to garage and bin enclosure
Stage 3 - Back side of house to laundry door

We are now mid way through October and we still haven't finished STAGE 1.

Shutters

Wednesday 20th May

Our shutters got installed today and they look fantastic! Bayside peninsula shutters and blinds did a fantastic job. James and his wife were great to deal with through the whole process. http://www.baysidepeninsulashuttersandblinds.com.au
